Shipping & delivery

All pet beds purchased at Hallipet are entitled to free same-day delivery within Singapore.

Delivery options

  • Free same-day delivery — included with every order.
  • 2-hour express — delivered within the next 2 hours for an additional $20.

Personalised name tags: Orders with a personalised name tag need an extra 7 days for production before they ship. Same-day and 2-hour express don’t apply to personalised items.

Where we deliver

Hallipet ships to all addresses in Singapore, except restricted locations such as selected army camps, PSA logistics, Changi Cargo Village (cargo centre), Sentosa and Changi Airport, which require a $15 SGD surcharge. We do not ship to Jurong Island or Tuas. Unsure if your location is restricted? Email [enquiry@hallipet.com].

Surcharges for special deliveries

  • Failed delivery: $10 SGD per failed attempt if incorrect details are provided and we can’t complete delivery.
  • Last-minute changes: $10 SGD rescheduling fee for requests made after 4pm the day before delivery.

Delivery dates & times

We deliver between 12pm–9pm or 5pm–10pm on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Please give at least 3 days’ notice for any date change. If delivery details are incorrect or we aren’t informed in time, a $10 SGD surcharge applies.

Delivery disclaimer

Our transporters exercise utmost care while moving, transporting and installing your order, but will not be liable for damage to property, flooring, furniture, fixtures or fittings during delivery or setup. To help prevent damage, please:

  • Keep a clear path and remove items that might topple or get in the way.
  • Line or cover flooring and walls where needed to prevent scratches.
  • Let our team know of anything to watch for — wet paint, fresh coating, polish, lacquer, etc.

Our return window

To return an item, contact us within 180 Days of Delivery. Our team will arrange with you to pick up your item, completely free of charge.

How to start a return

  • Email [enquiry@hallipet.com] with your order number and reason.
  • We’ll confirm whether the item qualifies and share instructions.
  • Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds go to your original payment method, typically within [5–10] business days of inspection.
  • Return shipping is free.
  • Original delivery fees and surcharges (express, time-slot, no-lift) are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items

  • Personalised items, including beds or tags with custom names, are made to order and can’t be returned unless faulty.
  • Clearance and final-sale items, and gift cards.
  • Items returned outside the window or not in resellable condition.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, let us know within [48 hours / 7 days] with a photo and we’ll make it right at no cost — replacement, repair or full refund.

Tip: Our separate guarantees — the 180-night trial, 1-year free refresh and 10-year no-sag warranty — may cover you beyond this standard return window.

Why does my order take an extra 7 days?

Orders with a personalised name tag are made to order, so they need an extra 7 days for production before shipping. Same-day and express options don’t apply to personalised items.

Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?

Yes we do.
