At Hallipet, we don't think a guarantee should come with fine print designed to trip you up. The terms below explain what each guarantee covers, what it doesn't, and the simple steps to make a claim.

These guarantees apply to eligible products purchased directly from [your-store.com] on or after [start date]. They're offered in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory consumer rights.

1-Year Free Refresh

Keeping your bed plush and like-new for a full year.

Over the first year of normal use, the outer cover might get nicked and scratched by your playful doggo. The Free Refresh keeps your bed feeling new: once during the first 12 months from delivery, we'll replace the cover free of charge.

What's covered

  • One complimentary outer cover replacement per eligible bed.
  • We cover the cost of the replacement and shipping it to you.

What's not covered

  • Damage from improper washing or not following the care instructions.
  • Beds bought from third-party resellers or marketplaces.

How long: Valid for 12 months from the delivery date. Claims must be submitted before the period ends. Limit one refresh per bed.

180-Night Trial

Nearly six months to be sure it's the one.

Every pet is different, and the only real test is whether yours actually loves the bed. Try it at home for up to 180 nights. If it's not the perfect fit, send it back for a full refund of the product price — even if it's been used.

How it works

  • The trial begins on your delivery date and runs for 180 consecutive nights.
  • To qualify, give the bed a fair try — we recommend at least [14 / 30] nights so your pet can adjust.
  • Contact us any time before night 180 to start a return.
  • Once we receive the bed, we refund to your original payment method, typically within [5–10] business days.

The details

  • Return shipping is free.
  • Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
  • Used beds are donated to [local shelters / partner] or responsibly recycled; they are not resold.

Exclusions: Clearance/final-sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalised beds are not eligible for the trial unless stated on the product page.

10-Year No-Sag Warranty

Engineered to hold its shape for a decade.

The support core is the heart of the bed. Our high-density foam is built to resist permanent flattening. If your bed's core sags or loses its shape beyond normal wear during the warranty period, we'll repair or replace it.

What counts as a covered defect

  • Permanent indentation in the foam core greater than [1 inch / 2.5 cm], measured on a flat surface with no weight on it.
  • Foam that has split, crumbled or broken down under normal use.
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship of the support core.

What's not covered

  • Normal softening and minor body impressions that don't affect support.
  • Damage from chewing, clawing, moisture, mould, soiling or improper cleaning.
  • Covers, bolsters, zippers and trims (these carry a [1-year] workmanship warranty instead).
  • Beds used commercially unless a commercial warranty was purchased.

Repair or replace

At our discretion, we'll repair the bed, replace the core, or replace the whole bed with the same or a comparable current model. Replacements are covered for the remainder of the original 10-year term, not a new 10 years. This is a [prorated / non-prorated — specify] warranty.

How long: 10 years from the delivery date, to the original purchaser, and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase required.

Send a photo

For refresh and warranty claims, attach a couple of clear photos so we can sort it fast. Trial returns don't need photos.

We make it right

We'll confirm your claim and arrange the refresh, return, repair or replacement — usually within [2 business days].

Common questions

Do I need to keep my receipt or order confirmation?

Yes — proof of purchase from Hallipet.com is required for all three guarantees. If you bought through an account, we can usually look up your order by email.

Can I use the trial and the warranty on the same bed?

Absolutely. The 180-night trial covers whether your pet likes the bed; the refresh and no-sag warranty cover how it holds up over time. They run independently.

What if my pet chews or damages the bed?

We provide a free cover refresh in the 1st year. Damage caused by pets after the first year isn't covered by any of the guarantees, since it's not a manufacturing fault. We do offer [replacement covers / a damage-protection add-on] if you'd like extra peace of mind.

Are the guarantees transferable if I gift or resell the bed?

The guarantees apply to the original purchaser and aren't transferable. The bed must have been bought directly from us.

Do these guarantees affect my legal rights?

No. They're offered on top of the consumer protections you're already entitled to under applicable local law, and nothing here limits those rights.
